Consent details (required)
1. Scope of Services
The Photographer agrees to provide monthly social media and photography services as outlined below:
Based on the package #1, services include:
1 Instagram and Facebook posts a week (4 total)
2 Instagram and Facebook stories a week (8 total)
Caption writing and hashtag strategy aligned with cafe goals.
Community engagement (responding to comments and messages) 2-3 x a week
Content will be posted every Monday
2. Photography Sessions
Content will be created during scheduled monthly photo sessions. Dates and time can be agreed on between photographer and cafe.
Sessions will be 30 mins.
Photographer will select and edit images at their discretion to align with brand and strategy
3. Website photography is not included in monthly social media packages and will be billed separately ($325)
Website Photo Package Includes:
15–20 edited images
Interior, exterior, drinks, food, and brand details
Photographer will upload and arrange photos on website, but not create new pages or edit existing content.
We require payment 50% payment to save the date and the remaining portion of the payment 48 hours before the photo session date.
4. Payment Terms
Monthly fee: $225 per month + bag of coffee bean ()
Payment is due on the 1st of each month via e-transfer to diraamedia@gmail.com
All payments are non-refundable once services have begun for the month
5. Term & Cancellation
This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice
No long-term commitment required
6. Content Ownership & Usage
The Photographer retains copyright to all photos and videos
Client is granted a commercial usage license for:
Social media
Website
Marketing materials
Content may not be sold, transferred, or altered without written permission
7. Revisions
Minor caption or posting adjustments are included
Extensive edits, reshoots, or additional content may incur extra fees
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide timely access to the space during scheduled sessions
Communicate promotions, events, or specials in advance
Designate one main point of contact for approvals and communication
9. Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for:
Platform outages or algorithm changes
Guaranteed follower growth, sales, or engagement metrics
Delays caused by weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances
10. Archives
After three (3) months, all images will be purged from the photographer’s hard drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the photographer at the photographer’s sole discretion. The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control. We highly recommend exporting these images to an additional USB or online storage.
11. Damage
The photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits after delivery to the client, including damage caused during transit. The client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt.
12. Model Release
The Client grants permission for any individuals appearing in photos or videos captured during content sessions to be photographed and recorded. The Photographer may use this content for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
13. Liability
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographers from any claims against their person or their business.
14. Copyright & Penalty
Dira Media Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during the client’s session. When uploading to social media, please be sure to credit the photographer.
Agreement Acceptance
